Hanahoe - Runagry area

I have found on birth records from the Parrish of Backs that my g-g-grandfather Anthony Hanahoe lived in Runagry. Are you familiar with this area? Also, Anthony's son Michael married Ellen Coyne who's family resided in Carragorra (not exactly sure of the spelling.) I can't find either of these places on a map, etc. Do you have any knowledge of where I might find more? Thanks again for your help. Eileen
