I am doing some research on subject name to determine the history on an antique long case clock with the name Charles N. Hancher,Wheeling, W. Va inscribed on the face. It is a very valuable clock manufactured around the turn of the century.
It may have been a presentation clock and it would be nice to know who this gentleman was.
