Belle was the second child of John Albert COOPER (1822-1899). Nothing is yet known of Belle's mother, or whom Belle married beyond his surname, HANFORD. She had seven siblings, Jennie, Mae, Laura, George, Louis, Frank, and Benjamin. Firm dates apply only for Louis, b. 1853, d. 1906, and an apparent death date for Laura in 1941. I have information for her father's 9 siblings and their marriages, and some descendants. I also have information on her grandparents, the earliest known ancestors in our line: David and Martha (HINKLE) COOPER.
