I am looking for information on Fred (or Frederick) M. Hans. He was born in Illinois, year unknown, and died in Kansas City in the mid-twenties. He was killed in an elevator accident at the newspaper he was working at. I am looking for a copy of a newspaper article that detailed his being scalped earlier in life and surviving. Any help you can give will be appreciated.
