Seeking any information on Mary Ann Hargraves b.England abt. 1838 married to Joseph Oakes b.England 1840.
While residing in England, Mary Ann & Joseph had 5 children: 3 sons : George E. (Wife: Mary Manchas) --- Herbert (Wife: Catherine Jones) --- Arthur (Wife: Nora Hurley) and 2 daughters, Florence (Husband: Name Unknown) & Beatrice (Husband: William Rice).
The family came by ship to the USA in 1884 and settled in western Penna.
The children were all married in the Scottdale, Penna. area and raised their families in that same general are of Penna.
We are a large family and would like to include you in our family tree, if you think you are related.
