I am looking for information on a Robert J.J. Harkins, born abt. 1813, Butler County, Pa. Resided in Morgan County and Somerset County, Ohio. Moved to Morgan County, with his mother, Mary Dugan Harkins, from Butler County, Pa., in February of 1818. His uncle was John Simon Dugan, who ran the Green Tree Tavern, in Zanesville, Ohio. I am looking for a connection between Robert and my William Harkins, also from Morgan County, Ohio. Would appreciate any response regarding this family.
