Sorry for the delay, I had to talk to my father in law again to get as much info as I could.
Lily Kathleen Harley was born 3rd June 1906 registered in Plymouth. Her father was William Lang (Or Long) Harley he was an Insurance agent apparently. We dont have any info on her real mother as she died when Lily was a teenager (she was the lady that died when her scarf got caught in the spokes of a car wheel.)My father in law only knew Williams second wife as Grandma! I have attached a copy photo that I was given, the lady in the middle is Lily Kathleen Harley and the other lady is her mother (this was taken shortly before she died) I presume the man is William Lang Harley.
I dont think there were any siblings of Lily (though father in law is not sure)
