Thanks for repyling!

I checked the autograph book, the entry for Cousin Mabel Harney is dated Apr 18, 1888, so that would be before your grandmothers time. However, if you are able to connect with any other Harneys in the area, I would be glad to check the book for you.

It is very likely that William Harney (Harney Chart ILWCF.EAS, USA) is the brother of Edmund Harney of Corderry (Harney Chart TIEMH.IRE). However records are scarse so it is hard to confirm this. Is this William Harney a brother of Edmond Harney from
the Corderry/Galbally area.
Edmond/Edmund is my Gt-Gt-Grandfather.His son John(Sean)
married Margaret Hennessy in 1868 in Galbally and thier
daughter Mary Francis Harney married John Hickey in
Victoria Australia in 1892.
John and Mary and their four children came to NZ in 1905.
Any feedback appreciated.

Trying to contact descendants of Catherine "Kitty" Harney,
who md Julius S.Johnson on 25 Aug 1898 inRacine Wi.Had son Julius Harney Johnson b.30 Sept 1900.Catherine apparently md2) James F. Dunn, and was living in Tacoma,Pierce Co., Wa. 1910 and 1920.Catherine was the d/o Isabel(nee _____)
Harney and may have had a sister Madge.

I am not related to this family, but I bought a small autograph album in Seattle,Wa., several years ago, and would like to see this returned to Catherine's descendants,
or family. The autograph album was given to her by her father in Dec 1884, and has signatures dating from 1884 to 1897, including one by her future husband Julius.

A few other names in the album are:Cousin Mabel Harney, M. Orissa-Edith I-Laura-all Harneys/Uncle Wm. M.Morgan,Cousin Libbie-Flora-Grace-all Morgans/Cousin Hiram Randall-Paul-Walter-Ed. E.-R.M.

Many other names in this book I believe to be either school or church friends.

I am looking for any info on Bridget Harney and Edward Quinn. I know of one son Michael born abt. 1872 in County Wicklow Ireland Michael married Ellen Mary Byrne at Old St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York. Ellen was born in 1877 in county Wicklow Ireland and her parents were Michael Byrne and Cecilia Lynch. Any info on this group would be greatly appreciated. Chris Lynch

Mary Ann Web Harney is the daughter of Rupert Harney b. 29 Feb 1820, chr. 30 Apr, at St. Paul Deptford, London. Rupert is the son of George Harney, a sailor, b. 21 Dec 1784 in Ireland or England, and Sarah Southcott, whom George married 19 Mar 1812 St. Alphage, Greenwich, Kent.
Rupert was the brother of George Julian Harney, the famed socialist.

HI Margaret Harney was my GG Grandmother. What info are you looking for may be I can help.
Her son John was my G grandfather. They are on my Mom's side and I have recently started to try to piece together that side. My Mom unfortunately passed away in August. I may have some info for you...I'll have to check my records.

Ellen Harney born Tipperary Ireland 1839

Would there be anybody out there that could tie into this family. Ellen Harney born abt 1839 in Tipperary marries James Hall (b abt 1828) who was from Killenaule, Tipperary Ireland. I am not sure of the marriage date and whether they were married in Ireland or England. They show up in the 1881 census at 48 Wellfield Rd., Preston Lancashire England. Included in the census are their eldest son John Hall who is my geat grandfather. The census taker has the children mixed up as Maggie 2 is my grandmother and the child of John Hall and Fanny Hall (Hogan) along with John Hall 1.
In 1891 this combined family is living at 42 Prince Ed Lane, West Derby, Liverpool. In 1901 Ellen is living at 35 Foley St. Kirkdale with her 2 sons Thomas Hall 25 and James Hall 23. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
