Hi There!
I am trying to find the parents' names of
Frederick Bailey Harris, born in Warren Cty,
Kentucky on 10/15/1834, d 6/17/1907. Buried
in Plainview, TX. Married Amanda Jane Huffhines
1/29/1860 in Richardson, TX (near Dallas). He
was a 2nd Lt.in the CSA with Morgan's Raiders,
3rd Cavalry unit. He was a POW at Fort Delaware,
where he went hysterically blind. Upon his
return home he regained his eyesight. He was
known for being a very proficient horsesman.
