This is a bit of a long shot but thought I'd post anyway.
I'm trying to find John Hart born 1832/1833 in Ireland. By 1851 he was in England. In the census returns he gives his birthplace as either Dublin or County Mayo!
John was a Tailor and on his marriage certificate he gives his father's occupation as Tailor. Father's name Edward Hart.
John married Julia Murphy in Manchester, Lancashire in 1852. Children's names: Mary Ann, Edward, Theresa, Joseph, James Patrick & Julia.
