just an FYI identification and a funny coincidence:
Joseph Asa HARTFIELD married Mrs Martha Sue [Mahurin] Perkins SHERRARD on 25 Oct 1892 in Hill County, Texas.
Martha was the widow of Calvin Lewis SHERRARD Sr who was the son of Joseph Hamilton SHERRARD & Lucinda [RHODES].
Joseph was born 24 Oct 1829 in Sevier Co, Ar and died
22 Jul 1898. I do not know if Joseph had married prior to Martha or not. He was the son of Benjamin Howard George HARTFIELD & Louisiana [INGLISH] who married 05 Jan 1828 in Sevier Co, Ark.

Calvin Lewis SHERRARD Sr's older sister Rachel Jane [SHERRARD] was married 4 times. Her 3rd husband, Pinckney ANDERSON, was a 1st cousin of Mrs Louisiana [INGLISH] HARTFIELD who was the daughter of Sarah [ANDERSON] & Joseph INGLISH..
