I am looking for any information regarding my great great grandparents (HENRY JOHANN CHRISTOPH HARTUNG and CHRISTINA SPENDERBERG. I have his parents as Caslas HARTUNG and Ana Christine) and her parents as JOHANNES SPUNDBERG/SPANGENBERG and ELIZABETH. I am not 100% sure of their parents for I have found nothing connecting them only hearsay. I have John born 18 Apr 1856 in Germany, and died 15 Mar 1906 in Wisconsin and I have Christina born Feb 1856 in Germany, and died Aft. 1920 in Wisconsin. They were married 30 Nov 1881 in Dunn County, Wisconsin.

This has been my brick wall for many years. They came to America 1881, according to census records and Ellis Island records, and settled in the Wisconsin / Minnesota areas mainly Wisconsin. Any help locating this family before coming to America would be greatly appreciated or locating any branches would also be greatly appreciated.
