My mother just past and in her family bible was an clipping for her grandmother Belle Hartwell age 90.
Born April 8,1865 in Princeton W. Va.
Parents Anderson Belcher and Jane Alvis Belcher
Married John Hartwell in Princeton 1881
John died in 1934
Daughters- W. P. Harman, Cynthia Smith (my grandmother)
Sons- J. W. Hartwell and James Hartwell
Half brothers and sister- James, John, Samuel Mullins, and Mrs Rhona Ducan
interment at Woodlawn
also have pictures of Belle.
I just started looking for my family, would love any other info you my have. Would like to know how you are related.
Looking for Smith, Hartwell, Belcher Mercer Co. W. VA.
