Hi Donna,
I checked the 1881 census CD set that I have and I was not able to find the Young family in either of the areas you mentioned. I even checked Lindsay but they were not there.
This CD set has many errors in in. Many of the Hartwicks are not even recorded under the name of Hartwick.
I looked for the Young family in the entire census by place but i could not find any likely Young family.
I even tried to look for her siblings with their families but no go.
