Hello, All!
I am researching the Hartz family of Davenport, Iowa. I am new in this research. This is what I have. Joachin and Charlotte Hartz came to US in 1866, bringing their children with them. Henry Hartz, b.02/23/1850,d.02/27/1856, was one of those children, he married Sophia Buck and they had 10 children. One of those children is Otto Hartz b.03/28/1880, d.01/29/1965. He married his first cousin Laura L. Behrens. They had 5 children: Ray, Augusta, Vernon, Otto Jr., and Arline. Arline is my grandmother, she married Rinnie Dietz. My grandmother was mentally ill and we have never had contact with the Hartz family. I am looking for any info or licing relatives. Thank you!
