Hi! I'm looking for infomration concerning my father, Elmer Wiley Hartzell. His mother's name was Blanche. I know he had one sister, who I believe, lived in or around Moundsville, WV. I know he was previously married to a woman in Texas (prior to 1953)and they had three children, two girls with mental handicaps and one son (Steven?). he would visit my mother and father during the summers in Canton, Ohio. I have not seen my fahter since I was three years old. Anyone out there know anty info on him? Please e-mail me.
