Wayne County Harvey adoption

I have exhausted many sources looking to find information on my adoption and renaming from Steven Helton Harvey to my adopted families given name. I am curious if I have any blood relatives out there or siblings/half brothers and sisters. This is most important to me right now, because i have had my first child and want to also know my blood relatives' medical history. If anyone can help me at all I would appreciate it as would my daughter Cassandra(cassie).
