My father's name is or was Howard Hillman Hasting. He practiced law in San Antonio, Texas for many years after having graduated from West Point Military Academy. At one time he was Judge Advocate of the Panama Canal Zone. I do not know whether or not he is deceased, at present. I believe I have a brother by my father's second marriage. My father's mother lived in Houston, Texas at one time. My father's brother worked for the Army Corps of Engineers and was once stationed in Illinois
