Is anyone else descended from Johannes Christian Haus? He was my 8G grandfather and came to America in 1710 from Palatine, Germany. I know a little about him from one of my grandma's second cousins, but virtually nothing about before he came to America. Also, I am researching the Shaut family, who I am descended from in three seperate places(three consecutive Hauses in my family tree married members of this family.) I know there is a book on them, but I have not been able to find it and was wondering if anyone else knew anything.
