      <description>Sorry for the delay. I am in fact the grandson of Emile and Liesl. My father was Zoltan "Zack" for whom my son Zachary is named ("One Zoltan in the family is enough..."       <description>I'm trying to find Information about my grandfather. His name was Zilard Havas, son of Zoltan Havas and Rosa Gubany. I know very little about him, he went to the first World War around 1920. He was then in diplomatic service in Argentina and Peru and married my grandmother in Mexico in 1926. They lived in the US until 1928.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In 1921 he won a sailing competition in the Yatch Club Argentino in the international class 6mts with the ship Kalua. He had been sent by the Catholic Union of Budapest to negotiate Hungarian immigration to Argentina</description>

      <description>My name is Peter Joseph Havas, my father was Zoltan Joseph Havas, and his Father Emile Havas, ne Handelsman from Budapest. My Father emigrated to the US in 1937 on Columbus day, and rose to the rank of Lt Col in the US Army during WW2, and later became the General Manager of the New York Times in Paris, France.
