Hit a stumbling block with my research - ggrandfather was Alex A. Hayes born around Murfreesboro Tennessee in 1833. Married twice with the second set of children including Adam, Dave, Bob, Burford, Buster, and John Henry. 1879 census lists them as Hays - wife as isabel with a son adam and daughter lyda. Any info would be deeply appreciated.
