Possible family head (nearest) is Joseph HAYWOOD of Codgreave (Cotgrave) who married Mary DICKSON on 28.2.1677 at Rolleston cum Fiskerton, a generation earlier than the current family head below.
No HAYWOOD or variants 1667-1680 incl. at Rempstone.
Joseph HAYWOOD (buried 7.10.1717) and his wife Hannah (of unknown family, buried 24.4.1719). Marriage not found in Notts., but possibly Leics. All children c. at Rempstone, Notts.
Their son William HAYWOOD (c. 28.10.1698 Rempstone) married Susannah ROWLAND (n. c1708) on 1.11.1729 at Costock, Notts. Both were buried at Plumtree, Notts. Their daughter, Martha (c. 4.2.1747 Plumtree), was the second wife of Thomas BRADLEY.
