What was Clarinda's maiden name. and was Rice MOSHER related?

Surnames: HAZLETON, HAZELTON, WEBSTER, MOSHER
The library at the LDS was open last night so I copied several land records for HAZELTON.

Memorial # 20;
"A Memorial to be registered pursuant to the Statue in the case made and provided of an Indenture of Quit Claim dated the ninth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty six, made between Asa WEBSTER and Clarinda, his wife, one of the devisers of the late Samuel HASLETON, deceased, of the township of Augusta, in the District of Johnstown, and Province of Upper Canada, of the one part, and Henry HASLETON of the same place, yeoman of the other part, Whereby the said Asa WEBSTER and Clarinda, his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds of Lawful money of Upper Canada, to them in hand, paid, hath remised, released, and forever quitted claim, unto the said Henry HASLETON, his heirs and assigns forever, the undivided half of the front of Lot number nine in the second concession of the township of Augusta aforesaid, butted and bounded us follows, that is to say, commencing in front of the said concession at the south east angle of the said Lot, then North, twenty four degrees west, fifty two chains sixty three links. Then South forty seven degrees west nineteen chains. Then South twenty fourdegrees east, fifty two chains, sixty three links. Then North forty seven degrees east nineteen chains to the place of beginning. Containing one hundred acres, be the same more or less. Together with all houses, outhouses, woods and water thereon erected, lying, and being. To have and to hold the same unto the said Henry HASLETON, his heirs and assigns forever. Which said Indenture of Quit claim, is witnessed by Rice MOSHER of Augusta, yeoman, and Asa WEBSTER of Augusta, yeoman and is hereby required to be registered by me Henry HASLETON, the grantee. Therein named and(?) witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Augusta, this ninth day of January 1826.

Registered on Wednesday the 7 th day of January in the year of our Lord 1826, at 10 of the clock in the forenoon.

I would like to know more about this HASLETON family. What was Clarinda's maiden name. Was Rice MOSHER a relative?
