Walton Heath - Masonville, Delaware, New York
I need to find information on Walton Heath. I especially need to know if anyone knows for sure who his wives might have been. I find a Walton b. 1790 and d. 1839 in the Beach Hill Cemetery in Masonville, Delware, New York with a wife Samantha who died 1873, but other info makes me think he was married to Cynthia, who is on the census records with just her only child a daughter and her family on the 1850, 1855, 1860, and 1870 census. The daughter Harriet was born in 1816 in Schoharie county and married James Montague Walker.
In Delaware county, there is a Walton Heath and his wife in the 1820 census ages 26-45 with one child a daughter under 10 and in 1830 census ages over 40 with one child a daughter age 10-15. Harriet named her first child Walton Heath Walker and the sister of Cynthia named one of her sons Walton H. Mills. I really suspect that this is Harriet and her parents, and it seems that have the right persons, but no proof. Help!
