I am searching for any information regarding Uriah Heckert (b. 18 Sept 1846 - d. 27 Mar 1865). Uriah was the son of Philip and Anna Mary (Wirth) Heckert ... he was wounded during the assault on Fort Stedman, March 25, 1865, and died March 27, 1865. Uriah is buried at the Stone Valley Cemetery, Hickory Corners, PA. The family was located in Lower Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania
