Looking for an old shipmate who served with my Dad onboard the USS Midway from 1946-1948. I believe he was from up north but him and my Dad were good friends while stationed together. My Dad passed away in 1988, however, I was hoping to locate thisold shipmate who could help shed some light on the time my Dad was stationed on-board. My Mom said Daddy thought a lot of him.
