Death of Mr. Edward J. Heckroth - Lost at Sea

Anyone interested in a copy of the U.S. Department of State's "Report of the Death of an American Citizen" for Mr. Edward J. Heckroth, please contcat me so I can conduct research to locate the record. Mr. Heckroth was lost at sea aboard a British ship on June 28, 1917.

I am needing information on Harem Milton Haynes Heckroth b. pennsylvania d. abt 1891 married Nellie Dungan b. pennsylvania. Had a daughter named Sarah Ellen Heckroth/Heckcrote b.1890 married Robert Fogler b.1871.
