Hello to Carl and Marilyn. I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply. Here is what I know:
Mary Hecox(born 7/15/1853) and Jesse Messer(b 2/ / 18?? were married n August 31, 1870 in Magnolia by John Beweel(?), it is hard to make out the writing. Maridan Hecox and Lyda McFadden were witness's. Their childern are Laura, Sylvester, William, John, Melvin, Sarah, Daniel, Rollie(?), Ruth, Homer, Barnard and Harvey. Daniel was my GGgrandfather. He married Cora Bell ??? had Stanley adn Lucille And then were divorced. Does this fit anything you have? I am new at this and struggling.
