Initially you can try http://www.abdnet.co.uk/mi-index - if anything looks interesting you can follow this by contacting/visiting the Aberdeen & North East Scotland Family History Society www.anesfhs.org.uk who hold copies of published books on North East Cemeteries, although every cemetery has not yet been tackled. It is no distance to walk from there to Aberdeen's Registrar if you have a more specific question.
