I am looking for any information regarding Rosalie Hectorne Brossier or Cecila Hectorne Darras. The were sisters and are in Galveston, TX in the 1850 census. Cecila's death certificate states her father was George Hecton from France. This is as far back as I have them. Lots of info going forward for anyone who would like it.
