Georg, Anna (Rash) Hector and great great grandaughter Barbara (Hector) Barbier

I have information on a Georg Hector and his wife Anna Rash they lived in Hungary but they were or at leas Georg was from France. I was thinking that the name Hector doesn't seem very French and thought that maybe their was a connection to Hectorne surname and that maybe some info was lost or the name was changed. I know of their great great grandaughter who was Barbara (Hector) Barbier who was probably born in the late 1700's and died at the age of 86 in Ohston Hungary probably sometime in the mid 1800's. Barbara was married to Johann Barbier and they lived in a German colony in Hungary. That is about all that I have on them and if anyone thinks that their might be a connection please let me know.<br>Valerie Barbie

I am looking for any information regarding Rosalie Hectorne Brossier or Cecila Hectorne Darras. The were sisters and are in Galveston, TX in the 1850 census. Cecila's death certificate states her father was George Hecton from France. This is as far back as I have them. Lots of info going forward for anyone who would like it.
