Thanks for your sources. My source for the marriage of Joseph to Rebecca Dodd and Rebecca Williams is _Genealogical and Memorial History of the State of New Jersey_, compiled by Francis Bazley Lee, Lewis Historical Publishing Co., NY, 1910,vol. 1, pp. 1119-1146. I do not know how accurate it is.

The book lists the following info:
Joseph (b. 1702, d. 3 Nov 1798) married first Rebecca Dod (b. 1703, d. 14 May 1745).
Joseph married second Rebecca Williams.

By my calculations, my ancestor, Jonathan, is the son of Joseph and Rebecca Dodd.

Any comments on this would be appreciated, especially on the clarity of wives and children of Joseph Sr.
