I'm not exactly sure if i can help you, but I do know that my great-grandfather went by the name Hedden and it seems like my uncle told me that his name was Jasper. I've been told by family members that my grandfather's last name was misspelled when he went into the army, so after he came out of the service he went by the name "Doc" Hadden. I can ask my mother-Tracy Hadden Comer-or my uncle-Mike Hadden-any questions that you might have.
