She was 17 at the 1881 census. Charles James was born ca.1832. Her parents were Charles James Hedderly born in Nottingham. Her mother was Harriet Morley of Great Yarmouth. Annie was an only child. Are there any relatives out there? Charles had a brother John who married Mary Gibbs of Darbyshire and 2 sister'a Ann, who married William Smith of London and Mary, who married Edwin Shaw of Birmingham.
