My ancestor, David Heding/Hedding immigrated from Eng., possibly on one of the ships with Peter Styvestant, and settled in the Ny/Pa(TriCounty area) Wives: Deborah Terry/Wealthy Story. Several children born in this area. Son, William Wellington, my link, born in 1827, moved to Wis in 1854. I have reason to believe that David was born in Germany.
