"Woh Lung Hee, a native of Canton, China, but now a citizen of the United States, has the distinction of being the first representative of the Mongolian race to register for the draft in Ross County [Ohio]. He works at Tom Lee's laundry on East Second street. Lung Hee registered with the local board, Thursday morning. He stated on his card that he was born in Canton, China, October 22, 1894, and that his father had been born in San Francisco, but went to China and married. Lung Hee has been in the United States for five years." [Chillicothe, Ohio] Scioto Gazette, June 6, 1918, p. 1. I do not have additional information on him, but thought this might help someone.
