Hi Stevie,

Have just found out some details of my Irish family from County Louth, which may fit in with your O'Hare family.

I appreciate that you posted your note on GenForum 5 or so years ago but still hope this reaches you!

My great grandfather was a Hugh O'Hare (1817or 19-1891) who married a Mary (? possibly Connell) born 1835. He died at Lemoneye in Carlingford. On meeting family in the UK recently I understand that they had 7 or so sons, who went to sea, and a daughter Mary O'Hare (1860-1932) who married a Hugh Malone (?-1895). One of her brothers was I believe named James. They ran a pub in County Louth, ? Carlingford. they had a daughter Mary Malone (1894-1960) who married a James Delahunty, who were my parents.

So am contacting you as there sounds as if there may be a fit here.

Regards

Kathleen
