Looking for Heisers from Wheeling WV-Pittsburgh PA

Surnames: Heiser, Clegg, Belloff
My Heiser ancestor may have had initials W.F. He would have been born sometime around 1860, plus or minus.
In approximately 1880, he married Belle Clegg, and they had two daughters. At least one daughter, Pearl Heiser Belloff, was born in West Virginia.
At some point, Heiser and Clegg divorced, and he may possibly have been killed in an accident along with his new wife. (Unless I'm mixing up my stories--seems like alot of my ancestors managed to get killed in accidents!)
Anyway, I believe "WF" Heiser was living in Pittsburgh by about 1895-1900.
