John Thomas Helms Jr., 54,
formerly of Lincolnton,died
Nov. 8, 2003. A graveside ser-
vice was held Sunday at the
Hester Family Cemetery.
Born in Gaston County, he
was a former textile employee.
Survivors include his wife,
Christine Helms of the home;
one son, John Helms of
Lincolnton; one daughter,Tina
Mullins of Lincolnton; two
brothers, Howard Helms and
Clyde Helms both of Lincolnton;
two sisters, Judy Avery of Alexis
and Linda Gainey of Lincolnton and
three grandchildren, Ronnie Thompson,
Callie Thompson and Landan Mullins.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County,
107 N. Cedar St., Lincolnton, NC 28092.
Warlick Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
