Caspar Hemp, b. 1730s in Germany

I am trying to find more information on Caspar Hemp, born probably in the 1730s in Germany. I believe his wife was named Sarah and they may have come to Baltimore and/or Carroll Counties in Maryland in the 1750s or 1760s. I am especially interested in any ties the family might have to the Manchester Reformed and Lutheran Church in Carroll County. Caspar's daughter Elizabeth (b. ca 1765) married Martin Beard and migrated to Shenandoah Co, VA. Any information on this family greatly appreciated.

Wilhelmina and Martha Hemp

My gr-gr-grandfather Johann Zitzlaff (aka John Zirtzlaff) married Wilhelmina Hemp on 6-23-1889 in Ozaukee Co, WI. Hemp was her name from her first marriage. Wilhelmina emigrated to the US also in 1889, so I am wondering if she came just to marry. The 1900 census for Grafton, Ozaukee Co, WI lists Wilhelmina's daughter (1 of 5 children) Martha (age 18) living with John, Wilhelmina and family.

Hemp family in Augusta Co., Va

Hello, <br> I have a Drusilla Hemp in my Smiley family line in Augusta County, Virginia. Drusilla married Alexander Smiley in Augusta County in 1845. A Norma Meier thought that she might be the daughter of a Jacob Hemp born around 1828 in Augusta County, Va. His wife was a Margaret Cullen. But she was not certain and I definitely do not want to put down this group without some kind of verification. She had several Jacob Hemp names in her files. Drusilla seems like such an odd name that someone out there would have information on her. The family lived near the Augusta Co., Rockbridge Co., line. Would her name ring a bell with you? Thanks for taking time to read this.....Ann
