I am looking for relatives or neighbors of Rex W. Hendershott. He was born in 1934 and died 25 Sep 1999 in San Fran, CA. I know he lived in Kansas at one time, but I do not know for how long (at least from 1963-1969).

Apparently my boyfriend had the last name and thought, until the age of five (he was born 1963), that this man was his father. At that time, Rex left and his mother changed his last name and told him that Rex wasn't his real father.

Too late we tried to find him, as my boyfriend really wants to know who his father is, and wanted to reconnect with the man he called "Daddy".

What we're wondering is: Is Rex really his father, or was someone else? Surely some of Rex's family in Kansas would know.

His mother changed his last name to Lawhorn, and told him that Charles Eugene Lawhorn was his father. But, she told him so many different things that he doesn't know who his father is, and never even met Mr. Lawhorn. So, if anyone knows or knew either of these men or their families, please get in touch with me. Even if you don't know for sure, a simple blood test would tell for certain!
