I am quite interested in your project especially as to how it may relate to my own family of Hendersons who came from Aberdeenshire, and migrated to Australia in the 1850s. I can see that Hendersons were in the States long before this, but I have that feeling that some of the siblings, perhaps way back also went to USA. (One branch of my own family I know DID go to the USA, but the family name then was Morgan)
Current branches of the family are all in the USA, but perhaps I may be able to obtain info from your database when it is finally set up??
