Surnames: Hendrick, Butorac, Snoddy
Frank HENDRICK (b. 1893 - 1929) came to the U.S. in 1905 from Yugoslavia (Hungary/Croatia) with his older brother, Joe HENDRICK. They joined their brother, Lafe HENDRICK. They also had a sister named Fannie HENDRICK. Joe went back to Yugoslavia to fight in the war.
Frank HENDRICK (b. 1893 - 1929) married Mary BUTORAC (1896, Sunger, Croatia - 1988, IL) at St. Mary's Cathedral in Peoria, IL. They had five children: Frank HENDRICK, Fannie HENDRICK, Eva HENDRICK, Wencil HENDRICK, and Ralph HENDRICK (1929, IL - 1994). Frank died while Mary was pregnant with Ralph; and three years later (1932), Mary remarried to Virgil Vernell SNODDY (1907 - 1977, IL, US) and they had four children. Both Frank and Mary are buried in Harrisburg, IL.
