Searching for family members of Joseph (Josef) Hendryk born 11-05-1897 died 04-20-1952. He is my grandfather. Came to U.S. when he was 17 years of age. Father Nicholas. Have two names for mother, Sophia Migdol or Mary Morenko. Lived in Tarnopol district of Galicia. Was eldest of six children. One of his sisters, Anna Hendryk came to U.S. in 11-14-1913 on the ship, President Grant. She later married a man with the last name of Orlowicz. She was born 02-17-1896. At the time of her death in 1983,she was living in Louisianna. My mother remembers another of her father's sister having the name of Dominique and also remembers there was a brother who was to go to U.S. but chose to live in Argentina. There may also be a brother living in France. My grandfather married Marcella Kozakiewicz in 1918. They had two children; Vincent (07-31-1919 to 02-15-1996) and Theresa (02-28-1920 - still living).
