I have in my possession a very old picture in a frame of Elmer and Grace Henne of Berks County, Penna. On the back it has their names and the date of their marriage, 1907, also behind the photo was tucked a newspaper clipping of 3 little girls and the story with the clipping is about a birthday party held for the daughter of Elmer and Grace Henne, Edith, they are about 3 or 4 years of age, I would say. Can you tell me if you are directly related or are they in your family line?
The Henne name is not in my family line, This framed wedding photo was tossed in a dumpster where my son works and he retrieved it and gave to me to see if I can find where it belongs and certainly not in the dumpster. These folks were from Reading, Penna. area. I have located his SS information, he was born November 4, 1883 and died January 1971. He registered for WW1 AND WWII. They say he was born in Wymossing, Pa.
