I don't have Victor in my Database. The Hennigars I do have are decendants of Loren Vern Hennigar and Ida Craig. I don't have any dates or birth information on either of them. My grandfather Arthur Elwood Hennigar was born in 11/20/1892, in Charles City, Iowa. I also know that Ida Craig was the daughter of a Craig (father) and a Hennigar (mohter). It is also possible that the last name was changed from Henniger to Hennigar. If you find any other link between the families my cousins and I would be very interested.
