Henry Heninger, WW1 Veteran

Looking for any information about Henry Heninger, WW1 Veteran who died in battle, France July 18, 1918.
His body was shipped back to NY and he is buried at Fountain Cemetery on Staten Island.
We would like to replace his grave marker with a WW1 gov't marker, but cannot find his service record. Need unit, regiment, etc.
