Douglas, My GrGr grandfather was Herbert Hennings. Herbert married Elizabeth Nicholson of Pontipool, Ontario. He was from the Newcastle area of Ontario although his family may have originally been from Ireland or England. They had two sons, Edwin Robert and Oscar. Edwin married Ethel Arthurs of Bolton in about 1907. This Hennings family worked on the railroads in Ontario.
