My grandma used to tell me stories that her second husbands name was Hans Henningsen.He was of German origin and joined the canadian army?? As he was boarding the boat to go overseas from Canada the authorities found out his flueincy in German was a asset and he stayed in Canada to be a decripter or interpertter.
