Hi Bob
Thank you so much for your reply. The earliest member of our "Hennefer" family is 1734 "John", but no birth place or parentage. He was married in the Midlands in 1771 and a branch came up North of England and settled. We know 2 x Hennefer's were pioneers and settled in Utah, naming a town "Henneferville" now known as "Henefer".
I no longer can get into the USA docs from Ancestry.com, but when I could, I located another 2 x "Hennefer's" in Phillie and Pen. There are many variants, as I am sure you know about and I would love more info and get a wider knowledge. I had looked over 3 yrs ago at Prussia and thought it was and is a possible. Just maynot get the proof we need though.
Any info you can give me will be gladly received.
Regards
Pam
